Annotation

If non-empty, then the financial security holding is specified as a percentage of the total holdings held in account. E.g. if an account has three holdings. All must use percent, then holding 1 may have percent .5, holding 2 is .3, and holding 3 is .2. The first means that 50 of the account balance is derived from holding 1.
